Application is: mint the Account NFT in the imToken Card DApp, then complete KYC in the Fiat24 DApp. The page does not list document types. It says there is no FX fee, no currency-conversion fee, no fiat deposit fee, and no transaction fee on same-currency or cross-currency payments, while settlement and exchange-rate differences may still be charged as shown on the transaction. Listed uses include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and Alipay, plus the App Store, ChatGPT, Steam, Shopify, Notion and Netflix. A rebate plan is described as coming soon; its rules are unknown. Fiat24 is operated by SR SAPHIRSTEIN AG (Swiss registration CHE-256.014.995), which the page says holds a fintech licence under Article 1b of the Swiss Banking Act. The country list is not published and is unknown. The help centre says the earlier DCS co-branded credit card has been retired and is a different product.
