On 21 September 2026 Gnosis Pay gave formal notice that the card and the web app, other than withdrawals, stop at 23:59 UTC on 20 December 2026. Monavate is the issuer and Gnosis Pay is the programme manager. Assets in the self-custodial Safe remain the user. Moving to a partner card is a new contract, not a continuation.

Authorised but unsettled transactions follow card-scheme rules. The web app closes except for withdrawals, which stay open. General support runs to 23:59 UTC on 18 June 2027. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks support runs to 23:59 UTC on 12 June 2028. The issuer is Monavate Ltd (FCA 901097) for UK and other applicable non-EEA cardholders, and UAB Monavate (Bank of Lithuania LB002139) for the EEA. Partner-card fees and AI-subscription support are not stated in the notice and are unknown.
