• 美国：若干州货币转账持牌人名单的并集，不是全国 FinCEN 全集。
• 加拿大：FINTRAC MSB 登记中提供汇款或 PSP 服务且状态为 Registered 的机构。
• 欧盟 / 欧洲经济区：EBA PSD2 名录中的 PI、EMI、豁免 PI/EMI、AISP；不含代理人。
• 英国：FCA 无免费全量摘录，本站为第一方法人页、PSR Faster Payments 与部分 TPR。
• 亚太：新加坡 MAS MPI/SPI、香港 SVF 与 MSO、澳大利亚 APRA PPF 与 ASIC AFSL、日本资金移动与前払式、马来西亚非银行电子货币发行。

How Entity Types Are Determined

License-first: credit institutions are classified as Bank; EMI as Electronic Money Institution; payment institutions, PBOC Payment Business License holders, MAS MPI/SPI, and funds transfer businesses as PSP; money transmitter / MSB / MSO as Money Transmitter; stored value / prepaid / e-money issuance as SVF. Stripe, Adyen, Checkout, Airwallex, and Wise are displayed as Fintech for coverage, with their official license types retained on the detail page.

什么是支付机构？

支付机构一般指经监管许可、提供支付或电子货币相关服务、但本身不一定吸收公众存款的非银行主体。中国对应中国人民银行《支付业务许可证》（常称支付牌照）；欧盟多为 Payment Institution（PSP）与 EMI；美国各州常见 money transmitter。本站按公开监管名录收录这些机构，并不是央行或任何监管机构的官方查询系统。
